I know it's becoming increasingly common to use social media messaging to communicate with businesses, but that's not something I can do. Wyrding Studios doesn't have a dedicated social media person. It's just me, and I’m a single mom with brain damage and chronic pain. I NEED everything to be centralized, because that is the only way I have any hope of being able to find things when I need to refer back to them later.
I can't say it any more plainly than this: please email me if you want me to be able to act on something.
Comments on posts are great, and it's no secret that I love Twitter conversations. But social media is like socializing at a party: there's a pretty good chance I'm going to misplace your business card before the end of the night, everything will be kind of fuzzy the next day, and I may have to ask you to remind me who you are and how we know each other a few times before it actually sticks.
In a perfect world, I’d be able to effortlessly juggle everything and it wouldn’t matter how you contacted me, but in a perfect world I’d also have an assistant and at least one or two co-parents and I wouldn’t have memory issu…SQUIIRREL???!?
Right now I’m spending way too much time trying to keep track of social media messages. It is quite literally affecting my productivity, which in turn affects how much time I can spend at the workbench and how quickly I can get orders shipped out. Please help me get back to having an efficient workflow.
