Woodland Roses

Approximately 55 yards of gloriously textured art yarn. Wool with mohair, silk roses, silk cocoons, brass chain, plied against a commercial wool thread; sport to bulky weight with coils and fluffs of mohair taking it up into the superbulky range. Handwash only.

I measure my yardage by skeining and counting, so the yardage is not precise; I round down, so you should get at least the length stated and possibly a bit more. I will ship in manilla envelopes, with the yarn inside a sealed ziplock bag. I am happy to ship yarn and jewelry together; the jewelry will be packed into my usual small padded mailers for safety in transit.

I live with two dogs and three VERY helpful cats, one of whom is convinced that his mama was a skein of yarn. I try to keep them out of the fiber but I'm not going to lie to you -- you WILL find some hair in this. If you're allergic, or squicked by the thought of dog/cat hair in your yarn, I may not be the right handspinner for you.
