August 2021 Pretty Rocks Club - morado and yellow opal

For "disappointing opals" I picked out two complementary types of non-precious opal: yellow and morado. That said, none of the morado opal actually has morado (purple) in it; the accompanying note talks about the purple, but I only had enough stones with purple inclusions to do the subscriptions. What you see in the photos is what I have left - well, a good representational handful of them, anyway - and the price for this month has been adjusted down accordingly.
Please let me know what type(s) of jewelry you'd like - pendant, earrings, or bracelet - and if you're opting for a bracelet, I also need to know the length. Earring pairs are available for either level if you're comfy with a little bit of stone asymmetry.
Your order will be shipped in a sturdy bubble mailer via first class mail, with the shinies tucked safely into a small kraft box inside the mailer.
In the interest of being environmentally friendly and keeping shipping costs as low as possible, I do not include packing slips or receipts, and if you order multiple items, they will be packed into as few boxes as possible, with layers of padding between each item. Very large orders may be upgraded to priority mail at my discretion, but I will still use a minimum of packaging, which I encourage you to reuse or recycle.
Pendants come on either a 20" silver-plated chain or a 20" faux leather cord with a silvertone clasp. If you prefer something with a little more structure, or need a larger or smaller size, I recommend adding a neckvine to your order - they are particularly good for large pendants as they distribute the weight more evenly than a chain or cord.
Earrings are usually on sterling silver french hook earwires, although I stock a wide variety of earwires and clip-on earring thingies if you would prefer a different type. All hook-style earwires come with the little squishy silicone hooziwhatsits that keep them from falling out of your ears, but if you have long and/or curly hair or are prone to losing earrings I highly recommend switching to leverbacks.
