Fly Away

I’ve had this idea for a while, but it took me a few tries to figure out how to make it work. 

Laser-etched glass beads form the wings of three dragonflies, woven into densely-wrapped swirls and coils harvest gold wire, gradually shifting into a more delicate vines as it goes around the sides and back of the neck. 

This is definitely a statement necklace, and will look best worn with the upper two dragonflies more or less over your collarbones; I can adjust it to any size between 12 and 30 inches.
