Repairs
While my jewelry is typically pretty sturdy (and when it’s not, there will be disclaimers to that effect clearly stated) sometimes things happen: stones can break, earrings can snag on clothing and get bent out of shape, toddlers have grabby hands and like shiny things, and dogs sometimes decide that jewelry looks like a tasty snack. *eyes the resident labradors*
I handle all repairs personally and on a case by case basis. If it’s an easy fix, chances are good I’ll only charge you for shipping; for more complex repairs I may charge for materials and/or labor, although it will typically be much less than the original price of the piece. (If the damage is due to negligence on my part, obviously I don’t charge for fixing that.) I will let you know up front what it will cost, and I will be fair to both of us in the pricing.
