Replacements
If a shiny goes missing and making offerings to the house pixies and/or Saint Anthony for its return didn’t work, let me know and I’ll see if there’s any way I can make another one for you.
(Check under the sofa and the bed first though, especially if you have cats. Also try the freezer; I know of at least one person who found their missing earring chilling next to the frozen peas.)
Most earrings are an easy and quick replacement job as long as I still have the materials on hand; I’ll just need a photo or a link to the original listing and a measurement in millimeters of the remaining earring so I can get the length right on the replacement.
Replacing larger pieces can be trickier because they tend to be one of a kind and/or more intricate, but I can usually do something very similar in feel and/or appearance to the original. As with repairs, I personally handle all replacement requests on a case by case basis and will be fair to both of us in the pricing.
