Shell, pearls, silver wire. This piece is from a collection I did for my 31st birthday, during my first year in my permanent studio here in Concord. I’d gotten a very large batch of shells, and did an entire update of pendants and necklaces with them, continuing the tradition I’d begun around then of spending my birthday week making whatever caught my fancy. I really love this piece, but again… haven’t worn it in years, time for it to go on an adventure.
