Sometimes I sit down to work on what I think will be a fairly simple little piece and the next thing I know it’s dinner time and I’m only halfway done with one pendant because I just kept finding more beads to put on it and more spots that needed filling in with wire… and when I finally finished the first one I liked it so much that I promptly made three more in the same style. 

These are large pendants densely packed with stones and wirework, and there’s a lot to discover in them. This one is kyanite in multiple colors, apatite, Russian amazonite, color-treated opals, aquamarine, fluorite, iolite, and cubic zirconia.
