This foldstone composite bead had such striking colors that I just had to set it sideways, and I love how the swoop of wire across it turned out. According to the guy who sold it to me, the blue stone bits are sapphire, but I am DEEPLY skeptical of that claim; it’s more likely dyed quartz or glass. Still pretty, though!
