A rectangle of labradorite with mostly blue flash and a touch of red and gold flash, set in swirling wire with a silvertone safety broach at the back. 

Because these are fairly heavy pieces and the pin finding sits out from the back of the stone, they have small “kickstand” bars below the broach pin to keep them from flopping over while being worn. You can gently adjust the bar to change the angle to best show off the flash of the stone depending on where you are wearing it.

Although as with all my wirework I do my best to keep all wire ends tucked under, I would not recommend wearing these on very delicate fabrics that could snag easily.
