NOT A FINISHED PIECE OF JEWELRY. Probably an unreleased Morning Wire Meditation. Too long for a bracelet, too short for a necklace unless you are very tiny; would make a cool crown if you threaded a narrow ribbon through the loops.  A smidge under 11”, NO CLASP.
