Patchwork

Various sorts of "sediment jasper" and "composite agate" and other fancy names for "we took a bunch of stone scraps and mushed them together" have been hitting the market in the past few years, but I've never seen it made with this particular binding material before - it looks almost like goldstone, and it's full of shimmer. The seller told me the stones in it are ruby, emerald, and sapphire, and I suppose that could be the case, but it's more likely dyed quartz. Still, it's GORGEOUS.
