Prototype: Calligraphy Practice

I don’t often need to prototype earrings these days, but this design was different enough that it took a few tries to figure out what I wanted to do with it. This pair is not quite symmetrical (probably most people wouldn’t notice, but I aim for +/- 1mm on earrings and these are off by about 2mm, which is enough to make me twitchy YES I HAVE ISSUES) and they are longer than what I ended up doing for the final version. So, here, have a heavily discounted prototype; if you’re less obsessive about symmetry than I am, they’re a bargain. 

(They do the colorshifting to grey-blue thing too, I was just too lazy to get up and go to the only room with fluorescent lighting.)
