Rainbow moonstone is actually a white variant of labradorite - it has flashy rainbow labradorescence rather than the more subtle glowing adularescence of a true moonstone. It’s especially obvious in pieces like this with red and gold flash. 

I think the tiny accent stones are zircon but don’t quote me on that. Whatever they are, they’re sparkly.
